SmartDev’s client operates in the Belgian insurance market, offering advanced solutions for liability coverage to a mid-sized customer base. Their primary focus is on delivering user-friendly tools for managing personal and commercial liability insurances. To expand their product offerings, the client sought to introduce new liability coverages and integrate them seamlessly into their existing platform. The project aimed to develop a widget for simplifying the insurance management process and a plugin for handling backend processes like data collection, processing, and storage. Maintaining system compatibility and ensuring operational efficiency were key technical goals.
